Villa Selim can comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults. This villa has four bedrooms, fire place, full bathroom upstairs, half bath downstairs, and mosquito nets on all windows. Villa Selim offers telephone service, conveniently located in downstairs living room. You can talk to anyone on the Bodrum peninsula free of charge or receive calls for free. The villa has 2 large terraces overlooking the fantastic sea: one is used for dining, and the second one is comfortably furnished to lounge. Villa Selim has a courtyard garden as well as terraced gardens, a wood-burning fire place, laundry room with new washing machine, and a fully-equipped kitchen with new dishwasher, oven, microwave, water boiler, toaster, and refrigerator. Pathways from the villas lead down to the swimming pool, overlooking the Aegean Sea. The pool is open from May 15 to October 15 in 2012.

Villa Selim offers 4 bedrooms to accommodate 9 people comfortably. Two bedrooms have queen
size beds (good for 2 people on each bed), one bedroom with 2 twin beds (good for 1 person on
each bed), and one room with twin bunk beds (good for 1 person on each bed). The living room
has a sofa bed which allows an additional person to sleep. This villa is tastefully furnished and
comfortably equipped to meet your needs just like your home.

In the living room, the TV has a built-in DVD/CD player with hundreds of satellite channels from
around the world. We have an additional DVD player to play movies on the TV. The villa has various
DVDs for kids to watch cartoons and movies. Or bring your own DVDs, and enjoy watching your
movies, while watching the wind surfers, and sailing boats from the dining terrace or upstairs longing area
or simply from the room windows.

Villa Selim also provides free of charge telephone service to make local calls,
or receive calls from your friends and family during your stay at Villa Selim. If you plan on
making long distance or international telephone calls, we will be happy to assist you in making
the arrangements prior to your departure. The sun terrace offers two sun beds, and a
wonderful view of the sea and mountain behind the villa. The courtyard garden is the
perfect place to barbeque (BBQ) or spend the morning with a cup of tea and a good book.

The outdoor dining terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with your loved ones.
The huge boulder located on the left side of the terrace separates the neighboring house and
provides a private natural atmosphere. From the dining terrace, there is an unobstructed
view of the Rabbit Island and the Aegean Sea.

sleeping: The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 queen, 4 twin. The property also has 1 sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

general: The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

entertainment: The villa has television satellite/cable. Telephone services are provided free of charge for local calls only.

eating & living: There is room for 10 in the dining terrace (lower level). The upstairs terrace has sitting arrangements for 8 to 10 people. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Private Seaside Facilities

Should you choose not to spend the day at the beach in Gundogan, the villa complex has a
private sea access directly down the hill from the villa. Under normal conditions, going there takes
approximately 5-10 minutes by walking, or 2-3 minutes by driving. If you have kids, aging parents, or
health problems, we recommend driving to the seaside because coming back will require walking on
steps and slight hills. This beautiful seaside area is terraced with three levels. The top level has a
food and beverage station with tables and chairs to enjoy lunch, play games, or simply enjoy time
in the shade. The mid level terrace is for sun bathing under wicker umbrellas with sand beneath
your feet. The bottom level has a shower and changing station directly by the sea.

Note: 1) Our regular check-in time is after 16:00 (4:00pm)
            and check-out time is before 10:00 am.
            We will accommodate your flight schedule to the best we can based on availability.
        2) Our villas are generally rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Other
            days can be considered in low season and based on market conditions.

        3) Rates INCLUDE Electric, Water and Gas.
            Rates INCLUDE change of linens, sheets, and towels for rentals of 2 weeks and
            more. Rates also INCLUDE initial cleaning and weekly cleaning.
            Rates INCLUDE all applicable Turkish Sales Tax (VAT) and USA taxes.
        4) Capacity for Villa Selim is limited to up to 8 or 9 people.
        5) Refundable security / breakage deposit is $250 (€150 or 150 £) for all villas. We will
            return this to you within 1 to 2 weeks after your departure. If you pay with a credit
            card, the credit card agency will return this to you automatically and it will appear
            within 1 billing cycle on your credit card statement.
        6) The first payment is 35% of the total rental fee and must be paid within 1 week.
            Without payment, we do not block our calendars. Last payment is 65% of the total
            rental fee along with the refundable breakage / security deposit and these are due
            within 84 days prior to your arrival date.
        7) The furniture in the villas will not be moved from one location to another as this causes
            extra time to put back the house together. Upon departure, the house must be left
            clean and in tidy positions. Place your dishes in the dishwasher and wash them before
            your leave the house. We reserve the right to charge a fee of $100 (€75)
            towards your refundable security / breakage deposit if the house is found in dirty and
            not tidy conditions.
        8) Should you choose to bring a pet, a non-refundable charge of $75 (€50) per week will
            be added to the rental payment.
        9) A rental agreement must be signed and copies of your passport (party leader) must
            be attached to the rental contract (this is a security and community requirement).
            Without this, our community will not allow any stays in our villas.
       10) By booking with us, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the owner. Please read
            the Terms and Conditions of our agreement.

We are pleased to offer a fully automated booking and payment process. You can check our availability from the calendars below, make a booking enquiry or an instant booking. The calendar offers a real-time functionality so is always up to date. This means you do not need to check with us by e-mail or phone first if the dates are still available.

We offer two payment options:

CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD (ATM) PAYMENTS

Once you process your booking online, you will be asked to pay a %35 of the rental booking cost for your holiday within 3 days from booking; your booking will be cancelled automatically. The remainder of the balance (%65) is due 12 weeks (84 days) prior to your arrival.

Step 4: We will confirm the booking and the dates will be held for 24 hours. Upon receipt of
           your %35 deposit, booking is finalized.
Step 5: The remainder of the balance, along with the refundable breakage deposit ($250), is
           required 12 weeks (84 days) prior to your arrival. If paid via credit card, this
           refundable deposit may be waived with a small fee.
Step 6: After your holiday is complete, your breakage deposit will be returned to you within 14
           days.

BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS

Step 1: Please make your request by clicking here. After we confirm your booking, we will
           e-mail you the necessary bank transfer information.
Step 2: A 35% of the total rental cost is required within 3-7 days of booking.
Step 3: A refundable breakage deposit of $250 (or its equivalency in any currency) along with
           the remainder of the rental fee (i.e., %65 of the rental fee) is required 12 weeks
           (84 days) prior to the arrival date.
Step 4: After your holiday is complete, your breakage deposit will be returned to you within 14
           days.

Important Payment Information: If you pay by debit (ATM) card, there is no extra
charge. If you pay by credit card, the credit card company may charge you an additional 2% to 3% transaction fee. If you pay by bank transfer, you will be responsible for all wire transfer
charges. This includes all charges associated with wiring your deposit back to you. Please check with your bank to make sure that the agreed upon amount is not reduced due to bank transfer fees. Therefore, if the amount received by us is less than the amount we agreed for the rental fee, the difference will be deducted from the breakage deposit returned to you
after your holiday. If you wire your money from UK, France, Canada, or USA, we will send you a check via US Postal Service, and there is no fees associated with this. If you wire your funds from Turkey, we will EFT your bank account in Turkey without incurring any fees.

Flights

Our nearest airport is the International Bodrum-Milas (BJV) airport, which is about 45 minutes
by car. We would be pleased to check on flight prices and availability for you.

Another nearby airport is the Izmir International Airport (ADB) approx. 3 hours by driving or the Dalaman Airport (ATM) (approx. 3 hours by driving).

If you are interested in visiting Istanbul, you can always take a domestic flight from Istanbul Ataturk International
Airport (IST) to Bodrum - Milas International Airport (BJV). The flight time is approx. 50 minutes.

Car Rental

Most of our guests decide to rent a car. If you would like one, we can arrange to have it
delivered to your villa or the airport. We work with a local car company and get the best and
lowest rates for your needs. Both villas have plenty of parking spaces at the same approximate
level of the villas. This makes it easy to carry your groceries etc from the car to either villa.
We believe that you will find more freedom to explore the area by renting a car, and therefore
we recommend it. The local car company we have arrangements with charge the following rates
on average depending on the car chosen:

22 GBP (26 EUR) per day in July and August, and
20 GBP (24 EUR) per day in May, June, September and October

Generally, minimum car hire is 7 days, and the car can either be delivered to the villa or to the airport
free of charge. If car hire is less than 7 days, either you can pick up the car at their office at
no charge, or pay 20 GBP each way for delivery and return of the car. You will pay the local
car company when you pick up your car either by cash or credit card.

Please use our car reservation form to select and reserve your car. (click here) We recommend that
you book your car at least 2 months prior to your arrival date because it becomes difficult to supply
cars in the summer months.

If you decide not to rent a car, you can use the public transportation, also known as the Dolmus
"minibus service" or call for a local taxi driver. Both villas are conveniently located on the main
road, as the route for Dolmus departs in the front of the villas on the main road. The Dolmus
service operates between the hours of 7am until 11pm every two hours, and every hour on
Wednesdays due to the farmers' market (fresh organic vegetables and fruits) in the village
of Gundogan.

Airport Transfers

We will happily arrange transportation services to and from the airport by a local private driver.
Prices vary according to the size of your party, and time of arrival and departure. The local
airport transfer fees are: 30 GBP (35 EUR) up to 4 people, and 45 GBP (50 EUR) for 5 and up to
9 people. The fees are paid to the driver when services are rendered. If you are coming
|from Izmir International Airport or Dalaman Airport, the rate is 80 GBP (90 EUR) for up to 4
people, and 123 GBP (140 EUR) for 5 and up to 9 people. The rates include all applicable
taxes (VAT), gas, and the driver. All prices are in GBP (or EUR) and are one way. Other
currencies are acceptable at the relevant exchange rate. Do let us know in advance how
you wish to pay. You will pay directly to the driver. Gratuities are optional.
